If you don't like Science, take Geology and possibly even OCNG (generally easier than GEOL) at CC. It will transfer over fully. People talk about saving money, and yes that is important, but what is most important IMO is being strategic about taking classes at A&M that will boost your GPA at A&M and taking classes at CC/CLEP'ing out of classes that you don't think you will do well in (avoiding the GPA hit)..
To make the decision (how you will do in that class), factor in two things:
1. Historical grade scale and comments posted for that class and prof in particular.. For example, if one Prof is much easier, but is full- it may be worth putting off if possible to get him/her at a later semester.. [

2. What you are good or bad at.. If you are planning on being a liberal arts major and hate science.. the science/math classes are the ones you should be looking to take at CC/Clep out of- balancing that with #1..
