Do you know if anyone does this? I know the university probably frowns on it, just like reselling sports passes. Anyone aware?

As in trading one permit for another in a different location or trading for something completely unrelated? I believe it's done by your LP but I'm sure a "legitimate sounding reason" can be worked up.
