Daughter will be a sophomore next year and wants to live off campus. Don't want to pay $18,000 for Aspire. Any suggestions for a nice, safe place that's more in the $800-1,000/mth range (not too far from campus)?

we liked the Standard, my daughter lived there 2022-2023 , 12 North seems to be around that same price as well

My son lives at the Stack. It is right behind Aspire and Rise. The amenities aren't quite as nice as Aspire but it has a great location and not quite as expensive. Definitely worth taking a look at it.
