FINC 409 is different in the sense that it's more math-based. Though, it's easy math. The others I found were more about just memorizing terms (boring, IMO). The finance class is also more "useful" because you learn about stocks, investing, etc., and can apply that knowledge later no matter what you end up doing. The management and marketing are exactly what you think they are...
In my experience, FINC 409 required less studying, was more interesting, and was overall easier than the other two. Again, that's only my opinion.
** EDIT **
Ok...
Disclaimer: Graduated with Computer Science degree and a math minor. The math was nothing more difficult than addition/subtraction with an exponent thrown in there occasionally. Plug-and-chug.
If you like application-type classes, go with FINC 409. If you like theory-type (straight memorization and regurgitation), go with one of the other two. MKTG was more boring than MGMT, imo. Abelson might have been the differentiating factor though... sounds like he's no longer teaching, unfortunately.
