Aggieland Saturday is definitely beneficial to a junior in high school who is interested in attending Texas A&M. Aggieland Saturday is a campus wide open house that is beneficial for any kind of student with interest in Texas A&M, whether that student be a junior in high school, an admitted student, a senior in review, or a transfer student. In addition to campus walking tours and tours of the residence halls, there will also be presentations from the Office of Admissions and Records and Scholarships and Financial Aid that are geared specifically at juniors in high school. This is also a good opportunity to “shop around” different majors and academic colleges, as they will be offering presentations throughout the day, as well.
Please visit
http://www.oar.tamu.edu/aggielandSaturday/default.aspx to register to attend and view the schedule of events. It is strongly recommended to print the schedule out prior to arriving on campus and plan out the presentations and tours that are of interest.
