We had Math 311 classes sandwiched between the elementary Ed math classes, it was funny because ELEN majors having courses between ELED. In case you dont care to read my ramblings, this whole story is about how stupidly easy Education math courses are and how whoever says they are hard must have had a stupidly easy major as well. Its pretty clear that they are not hard when you arent allowed to take the education 3xx and 4xx math courses for a minor in math, because the math department thinks that they are so easy that they dont count.
Anyhow back to the girls that fill the MRS building .. they had a pink quiz one time on the tables and we handed it to our prof Hal Schenk and we all laughed about it the rest of the course.
There were two fractions, with a box between them and the quiz said (=,>,<

and the girl was supposed to put one of those in the box, instead .. there was a "?" .. it was just two normal every day factions it wasnt even something like 4576/85403 or something stupid that you would have to break down into smaller fractions and add to figure out, it was ike 5/11 and 9/13 or something pretty damned obvious. So while we are doing n-space matricies by hand .. and we are like "dude this sucks Hal" he said "What, you are engineers, do you expect the pink quiz?"
Oh .. and yeah .. RPTS, Elem Ed, Comm, AgLeadDev, basically all the majors that you wash out to after you fail at all the other majors.
