It's (D)ifferent now. They were for it then, but it's wrong now.

Both sides complain when theyre the ones in the minority, then turn around and do the samr when in power. Its politics.

When Republicans had their first chance at power in 2001 they didnt pass any plans, opting to go to the Texas Redistricting Board which then was 4 R and 1 D. They got more favorable maps.

Who cares. The goal is to crush Democrats, they wont play fair, we have learned that. The entire practice dates back to the Democrat party.

But, when you get the left wing Democrat Tejano singer, will you be happy when he votes for left wing policies?

What's the difference? The Republican majority has proven they are ineffectual, cowering subordinates to entrenched bureaucrats, completely incompetent at anything other than infighting and personal enrichment.

We have all witnessed that voting out the established rot in the R party is met with backstabbing and outright betrayal.

Not telling anyone not to vote R... but they should have to earn their vote. No one in my local representative race has earned mine.
