I understand the plaintiff is an attorney and will be repping himself - always a good idea. Other than this being just further evidence of how crazy this world has become, he's threatening that a recorded phone conversation could bring down the administration, Rubio and Vance.

I have no idea what to make of it, but thought it might need a thread.


ETA: threatening releasing a damning video/recording seems off to me. I don't practice defamation law , but imho threatening such action can't be a net positive to this guy.

Pretty sure this guy should be classified as a Guilfoyle donor

The unapologetic corruption is a problem hopefully the first order of business for the new Congress is to be amend the constitution and eliminate the pardon

Maybe the POTUS could have unlimited clemency but the Parfon needs to go away

Dems broke the seal on lawfare against Trump. Pandora's box has been opened. Going forward, the only way to find willing presidential appointees is if there's a chance to indemnify them before the other party destroys their lives.

But that has no bearing on my opinion that the Presidential Pardon needs to go away

It actually started with Nixon, then they applied that template to Reagan with Iran/Contra.

The Republicans decided why not give it a try it with the Clintons?

It went nuclear with Brennan/Comey then the J6 circus, then <shockingly> Jack Smith on Trump during the '24 campaign...There has been nothing close in our history like what has been done to Trump. All bets are off...The power of the pardon can't be taken away in the new political environment since Trump 45.

Trump's going to need to pardon himself, his entire family, and every republican he's had a conversation with in the last four years.

She hasn't aged well. She did look good back when she was on The Fox Show, but she's done way too much plastic surgery and her hair is just hideous now. It's just way too overwhelming. Honestly, it's just like she drinks a lot too. She's very puffy. But I don't know about that.
