Is it a OK if you run a commercial enterprise in your vehicle with DV plates?

Is it OK if you use your truck with Farm Truck plates for personal use?

Not sure why #2 is a problem. Just tell them your going to Tractor Supply to pick up one bag of feed for your cow.

Disabled veterans can't have a vocation?

They're disabled, not dead.

The DV means it was a service-related cause. That doesn't mean they can't still seek gainful employment.

Easy answer. What does the law say? If it says no, its not okay. It it says yes, its okay.

If it says neither, it's ok

From the DPS site, among other activities, the following use of a farm truck is permitted:
  • Transporting the owner's family:
    to attend church or school:
to visit a doctor for medical treatment or supplies: or
for other necessities of the home or family.
So a farm truck can be driven for personal non-farm use, though probably not solely personal use.

That's exactly what the 10th amendment says. Anything not prohibited by law is up "to the people".

As long as they don't park in handicapped spots. Most DVs I've seen are in better shape than a majority of the population.
