I think they meant the dood walking behind the reporter in the the photo, not the shooter, who is definitely not Somali (he doesn't look Somali, and ain't no Somalis named "Carlton Johnson".)

In other news, the always helpful Hennepin County attorney's office revealed that they declined to press charges against Johnson two weeks ago for brandishing a weapon and threatening a neighbor.

The two people he killed yesterday were neighbors in the apartment complex. It has been confirmed that the shooter was shot and killed by Minneapolis police.

No word yet on when the riot is scheduled.

Hennepin County provided Johnson with a lawyer to fight his eviction and death threats he made to residents though.

Gun control is not, and has never been, about safety. It's about control.

She might have been off duty, grabbed her gear, and headed to the scene.

When the shooting happened, they called in as many off duty officers as possible.

With her just standing around, most likely just doing perimeter security.

My guess is that she is not the tactical response team. the poster was being facetious.
She was probably just responding to a violent situation where the cops needed every hand on deck.
