Why does there need to much of an investigation. Seems like it was just done. There's no business, millions of dollars obtained from the government for a business that does not exist and these guys are nowhere to be found. What i would want to know is, where did they get the idea to bilk the government out of the money. Sad thing is that there will be people, including politicians who will defend this type of fraud.

I'm not sure there are kick backs. Could be, but the indifference from most government employees to their jobs is staggering to me. I could see people just checking off on this and not following up or looking into it. I have zero faith in the government running anything. And it's easy to spend other people's money and not care.

No, Veterans do not go through medicaid for disability payments.

This sounds like two gay men who found a way to bill fake claims through California's medicaid program. And I say two gay men because half the story is about them.
