In regard to the immigration battle, campaign with the very simple statement that EVERY action they are taking is to make life better for actual Americans and likewise EVERY thing the Dems are fighting for 100% helps non-citizens and takes from the rest of us. What solutions are they proposing to help American citizens? Oh that's right, they aren't.

EVERY additional meal, job, house/shelter, handout, etc, etc, etc that goes to an illegal is taken from one of our own. Our folks who are struggling with any of these need to be reminded every damn day of this fact. Dems couldn't care less about you. They only want to bring in more warm bodies to gain power. I think this is what F16 wishes were the case but the national mood has changed a lot since he was elected. My view is that most of the GOP still agrees with aggressive enforcement of illegal immigration laws, but a small amount don't like the tactics employed.

Stepping into the more important independent camp, most surveys show them breaking decisively against his immigration platform.

He seems to have a lost a lot of that diverse coalition that returned him to office. Whether it is the economy or the Iran War or immigration, it is getting nail bitingly tight on keeping congress and I would think any strategist is going to completely avoid topics that upset the voters they need to maintain control.

But it's ****ing comical that you think the public is going to recognize all those things if gasoline is still $4,00 a gallon and the Iran war is still dragging on, when they step into the voting booth in November.

If Trump and the Republicans continue to use the same stupid strategy Biden and the dims used of telling people how great things are, the Republicans are going to suffer the same results.

They merely need to say there doing the exact same thing Obama did.

The vast majority of Americans want all illegals with felony convictions deported. What we don't agree with is deporting hard working law immigrants who are playing by all the other rules.

We also disagree with deporting the children of illegals who have grown up as Americans and have never known any other country.

We also disagree with arresting folks at their regular immigration check-ins or at the courthouse waiting for a hearing.

If you want to deport the felony criminals, fine. But if someone is here working hard, raising a family, and contributing positively to the nation, what's the hurry in kicking them out?
