I know both cities are lefty/liberal, but where is there more likely to be political capital to cooperate with the NHL/Ownership group on making this happen?
[RELEVANT FOR IT'S OWN THREAD, BUT ON THE PROPER BOARD. THE OTHER HOCKEY THREAD AT LEAST HAS A POLITICAL SLANT TO IT. -STAFF]
