Capt Obvious here!

First indication of the parties involved is that 13 people are shot and the story is really not getting much national attention.

Second indication is the use of the terms "youths" and "party".

Third indication is, if a democrat even comments, is the blanket and vague declaration for more gun control with absolutely no mention of a particular community that while only representing 12% of the population commits 55% of the murders.

Fourth and final indication is that this story will not be relevant by this evening.

Any advertisement always shows the 'highest and best' example of the activities they want to market. So the ideal here: is four black people smoking weed, kid outside of high school age with a backpack, and absolutely massive speakers.

Juxtaposed with:

Explicitly advertises 'good people'. Which should make you think, 'why do they have to say that?' and its because, its immediately answering your first reaction to seeing this advertisement. That its hoodrats doing hoodrat things. This event is basically advertising, "Shooting between 6PM-12AM" and it didn't fail to deliver.

This is my hometown and my wife and I just closed on a home there Friday, about 3 miles from this place. I grew up going to Scissortail park to fish with my dad and grandpa. I'm up there quite a lot.

This is a Millwood cohort that chose to come to Arcadia instead of staying south.

Apply Coulter's Law and evaluate shot to killed ratio and adjust accordingly.

I live about 5 minutes from there and go to Arcadia a couple times a month to ride my mountain bike on the trails and occasionally take my kayak out on the lake. Fun trails out there.

Fantastic area. I grew up between Bryant and Coltrane on 33rd. The house I just bought is next to the Braum's on Memorial @ Bryant.

I have a sibling that lives in Fox Lake.

The perp picture in the article is a white guy who was arrested in Florida for a video that shows someone shooting an alligator.

I am sure that is just a coincidence.

Nah, they'll just ignore this one. Sure a few anti-gun groups have or will put out a statement, but that will be it.

When it is blacks killing other blacks, the left generally ignore it since it brings up a truth they don't want to acknowledge.

They'll just wait until its a non-black shooter to start screaming for gun control.
