I work for a company that sells various objects. Some newer listed products came up by Google Merchant as being exploitive to people. It is literally Black Pepper. Obviously, the AI is the one tagging these, but its like have a Karen neighbor running Google. Cool Stary Bra.

On the flip side when you call and talk with an AI agent they'll probably be easier to convince they made a mistake than an actual Google employee.

This is directly related to the prompts and behind the scenes code that the model uses to process information and not so much whatever is rampant on the internet or in media.

Focused LLMs like this generally aren't exposed to the general internet to "learn" and pick up a bias. They're sandboxed for a specific task. This is 100% programmed in.
