The best way to solve the usps issue and still comply with the constitutional obligation would be to turn the postal service into a server farm and issue everyone a usps email address for official mailings the same way we do social security numbers.

I don't disagree with your premise, but junk mail is the only thing keeping USPS from going completely broke.


If you could opt out of a privatized mail service, yeah great. That would mean no more junk. If not juck mail would increase.
