The left's constant compulsion to immediately revert to comparisons to Hitler offer an interesting and telling glimpse into their psyche. I think they know deep inside they crave to be total authoritarians, but try to hide their true ambitions through distraction and comparing others to Hitler. Not saying they want genocide, just that they crave control and have no problem destroying individual and universal rights to get it.
In short, every time I see them comparing a Republican to Hitler, all I can think is pot meet kettle.
