They are overtly showing that these "protests" are being organized by paid communist groups. I believe "chairman" is the preferred nomenclature. "King" is a hereditary title nowadays. "Chairman" is more reflective of the rivals you have to kill to get the top spot. Bonus points for causing famines that kill millions.
