No, that's a direct hit. We have an operations command right there. That's where all the US ships pull into in Dubai. I've spent many a night right there. Last time I was there the spec ops guys were testing robots on the pier.

I remember back when I was in Erbil several years ago some iranian backed militia idiots lobbed a bunch of old soviet rockets into the base and hit the newly opened frozen yogurt place on post. We had been waiting weeks for them to open and bam just took it out.
