Not sure I agree. He makes a very comfortable living on what is likely a facade. Your description, in my opinion, better describes the minions protesting in the street who cheer everytime someone like KO or Lemon open their well fed mouths. You know, the ones that look like pin cusions with gaping holes in their earlobes and blame "the system" because they can't hold a job.

Trump's joke was directed at Congressional Dems having impeached him before for fake/stupid crap before - it was not meant to be directed at the US Women's Team.
The Hughes mother, Ellen, refused to be pulled into the leftist narrative that Trump somehow disrespected the Women's team. He didn't. But I will admit that I know some of the Women's team are lefties (Hillary Knight for sure). However none of them have said anything indicating they were offended. I hope the Women's refusal to attend is truly based on their schedule conflicts and not because they were collectively offended.
