If "The View" wasn't on a station that used over-the-air radio waves, this wouldn't be an issue.

But, ABC does use over-the-air radio waves, so there are rules.

ABC should follow the rules, as should The View.

If The View doesn't like the rules, get the law changed, or move to another distribution method.

This particular incident is only referring to equal time for the top democratic primary candidates though. They're not investigating them for equal time between parties, but it could be an opening salvo for the midterms.

Have they turned down requests from Cornyn and Paxton to appear on the show? I'm surprised either of them would want to be on the View since their supporters are unlikely to ever watch the View. I don't watch the show, but I have seen clips in the past online of them.having different Republicans on the show- Don Jr., MTG, etc.

Their party platforms include the mass slaughter of babies up to birth, the sexual perversion and mutilation of children, gender confusion among teens, men believing they can be pregnant and breastfeed, drag queens at the pulpit and in our military, men in women's sports, protecting criminals instead of victims, abandoning the homeless, opening our borders to cartel sex traffickers, and stealing from taxpayers to fund all their depravity. The only episode of the View that I have watched any length of was when Coleman Hughes embarrassed the crap out of the entire cast. Watching a man less than 30 years old politely and completely eviscerate that gaggle of brain-dead geese was entertaining every time I watched it.

The Paramount+ series Landman had one of the best descriptions of The View that I've ever heard.
