I am sure this has been discussed, but what caused her from being full blown MAGA to now a Trump hater?

When you are an unintelligent person, that doesn't go away even if you happen to be right every now and again.

What happened was she got big mad that Trump would not support her in a Senate race.

If you actually listen to some of her interviews, she is not 'unintelligent'. She doesn't like that congress is not doing their job and is beholden to so many special interests. Most of them don't give a damn about your average American.

She was always an attention seeking narcissist. For a while, going hard pro trump in a red area got her that attention, but then she became one of many, and like many narcissists, social media following became too attractive to ignore, so she started delving into conspiracy theorism and more radical politics that had very active sicial media followings, the problem is those groups are outliers and don't reflect the real world or the actual majority of the public sentiment. She got more absorbed attention seeking and NOTHING gets you attention like fighting with Trump in public, so she went there next.

She was just one of many current house members that used a house sest to really advance a social media influencer career. I feel for her duped voters that had to put her in there once she told the local conservative activists what they wanted to hear and won the first primary.

Trump wouldn't endorse her for Georgia senate seat because she can't win.

Her downfall was that she was too America first and she pissed off AIPAC.

Can you blame them? She exposed their space laser plot starting fires in CA.

She's just a political prostitute, and more nakedly transparent than most.

Turn out they don't like it when you threaten to cut their funding.

Probably the administration abandoning MAGA for corporate and foreign interests.

She didn't think Trump followed his MAGA core principles and is focused on international and other stuff too much. At least that's what she claims.

Seems to me, though, that she changed. She was all in on Trump, hootin' and hollerin' in Congress and then something happened where she turned on him. He doesn't tolerate anyone not kissing the ring, so he blasts her. She doubles down... yada, yada, yada. Here we are.

I think she's right that Trump has lost his focus and is worried too much about foreign policy versus domestic, and that Republicans don't give a damn about solutions. MAGA is whatever Trump feels like that day, which works for many people, but not others.

I think she's wrong in seeing Israel behind every tree now, which totally undermines any credibility she may have had left. She'll be cast aside with Tucker and Candace.

Trump accomplishes more before the 10am each day than most people do in a lifetime and he's… lost focused?

Pretty sure closing the border and deportations are a domestic issue. Same for the OBBB. Same for Dept of Education changes. Same for MAHA. Same for the focus on reducing crime across the Country.

How can one say he's lost focus and spends too much time on foreign policy? You would have to be asleep, in a coma or deranged to think that. MTG it's at least one of those

That's great and all, but when you spend like a Democrat and just nibble at the edges of the healthcare problem, people will continue to ask "what have you done for me lately?"

It's not that he doesn't have wins. It's that progress has largely stopped when we have so much more to go. DOGE is a drop in the bucket. The low hanging fruit is gone. What will he do for the next 3 years to move the needle?

Have you filed your taxes yet? Checked your 401k?

Has he said he was done on the domestic front? Currently they are pushing hard on the SAVE Act. And much of the foreign policy is aimed at benefiting us domestically.

Have there been missteps? Sure, could they do more? Always can.

I guess some are just built to complain no matter what. Miserable.

Trump's influence on the R party will start fading after the upcoming midterms. At that point he'll be a lame duck and begin losing political power like other lame ducks do. He'll probably also be dealing with a Dem House and potentially the Senate also and will be under the gun with various investigations and maybe even impeachments of some of his Cabinet.

Many in the R party will no longer be afraid of what Trump thinks because he won't wield nearly as much power over the party. His hardcore base will still support him of course, but they can't vote for him anymore.

Watch for some of the old timers and newcomers begin to make a move for the frontrunner slot for the 2028 election. I doubt MAGA as a brand will be front and center because that was truly Trump's brand. He'll try to wield influence from the sideline but it won't be nearly as formidable as when he was in office or a candidate for office.

MTG won't be relevant because she was always bat**** crazy. She made the mistake of challenging Trump head-on while he was still in his power alley.

Dear Diary, these are the things I really really hope happen because I will then be validated in my eternal hatred of Trump and all those who said I had TDS.
