I shared this video from this Libs of TikTok video on Instagram. This is another example of how the Democrats' open border policies results in illegal aliens killing, injuring, or harming law-abiding US citizens in other ways. Yet there is not a word from Colorado Governor Jared Polis about Carissa, a young girl who was permanently disabled by an illegal alien. Screw the Democrats pushing for immigration policies that offer a path to legalization for undocumented immigrants.

In September of 1993 I was in an accident with an illegal from Mexico. He ran a red light at an intersection and hit me on the driver side at approximately 50 mph. My passenger suffered a significant head injury and was rendered unconscious. I was concussed, broke by collar bone, fractured my wrist, and really jacked up my left shoulder and my back. At the time I was on a full AROTC scholarship. For the next two years I went back and forth with doctors, Army and civilian, and was ultimately medically discharged. I still have issues with left shoulder and back to this day, 30+ years later.

The dude that hit me left his "girlfriend" in the car he stole from the ranch owner and dragged a leg down the road. Eventually he was arrested at a hospital a few days later. And he got a bus ticker home.

I was f's up. My HS buddy was f'd up. My truck was totaled. And no one really seemed to give a sh** then and they don't now. I have absolutely despised illegal immigration since that day over three decades ago.

There is no Thomas J Henry to get you that seven figure settlement when the ******* is some third world dip**** who couldn't care less about this country, you, or our laws. That's reality.

I've shared before that I have a friend who used to be an FBI agent in Texas. He was driving his bureau car south on 35 in Austin and a car came flying up beside him well over the speed limit and wrecked his car into the concrete center barricade. The driver was an illegal. The crash blocked the southbound lanes and totaled the Bureau car. Of course the guy had no insurance. Austin police let the guy go.

Around the same timeframe, another friend was driving in north Austin in his car that was less than a year old. A turning car hit him head on while he was stopped at a red light. Totaled his new car. Illegal with no insurance. Got to walk from the scene.

It's infuriating. This was 20 years ago.

It's a noble sacrifice for the revolution.

Driving without insurance should be capital offense.

Not sure i have ever seen this. The left weeps over violent rioters reapinig the consequences of their actions. THAT is how warped and degenerate even the most moderate liberals are. All of their leaders sat when the mother of Jocelyn Nungary (12-13 y/o who was raped and killed by illegal bangers) was honored at a presidential address. Did the same for a brave young boy dying from brain cancer, I guess bc he wanted to be a police officer. I have not ever heard a single liberal even acknowledge any of these young innocent victims.

When I was in High School. I worked as a delivery guy to deliver prescription drugs for a local pharmacy. At the time I was driving my pride and joy, a Jeep Wrangler that I worked since I was 13 to pay for.

One day as I'm passing a parking lot an truck pulls out from a parking lot and I t-bone him. Completely screwed my front right side up and rendered my Jeep undrivable. I got the persons insurance card and didn't call the police because he was sufficiently insured. He didn't speak a lick of english, but luckily I was able to communicate enough in spanish that we got it settled.

Until I called the insurance company only to realize the policy he gave me was fake. So there I am, 17 years old, can't work because I don't have a car, my pride that I worked my ass of for was in the shop because of some illegal, and now I'm paying for it all.

Months later I see the same ass**** on the road and get his license plate and pull up next to him (in my newly repaired jeep) and he recognizes the car and starts flipping me off and talking **** to me laughing. I reported him, but as far as I know, nothing happened.

I'm lucky I didn't lose my life and the only damage I really had done was financial. Some haven't been so lucky.

It's unbelievable how many people I know have been in accidents involving illegals. I have a similar story, except by thankfully we had no permanent injuries. It was Christmas Eve 1992, and we were driving through Brenham on 290. At that time there was no flyover at the intersection of 577 (Gun and Rod Road) and 290. I saw the scumbag pulling up to the stop sign and I covered the brake. He stopped. So, I drove on. And then right when we got up to him, he pulled out and we T-boned him going probably about 60. The baby was in the back in a car seat. A few seconds after the crash - no sound, confusion, what happened? And then we heard the baby start crying. Completely uninjured. The metal connector of the car seat, looked like a seatbelt connector, was bent over at a 45-degree angle, but held. I'll never forget the relief. My wife got a ride in the ambulance but was fine. The next day the cops told me that they found a bottle of tequila in the floorboard, and the guy spent Christmas in jail.

Doesn't guarantee anything, but if she lived in a different suburb, odds would increase significantly she voted for the dip****s running the show in CO.

My at the time six year old stepdaughter was permanently mentally and physically disabled and her four year old brother killed by a proven reckless and possibly intoxicated driver. He walked away with a no insurance ticket and zero remorse. Not an illegal, but no job, no money, no assets to go after. Literally the worst human being I've ever encountered by his behavior after the fact alone. No justice of any kind and karma is taking it's sweet time catching him.

So very frustrating! I hope this mother and her daughter find some justice in their case!
