Embedded tweets almost certainly give them the "click". You would need to tell TexAgs not to load the embeds, which I think is indeed an option.

Embedded tweets almost certainly give them the "click". You would need to tell TexAgs not to load the embeds, which I think is indeed an option.

So much this. X already knows you've viewed an embedded tweet. It is one of their metrics used for monetization and also reach/penetration calculation. It's been almost a decade since I've played around with SM analytics.

No one knows for sure. Considering AI wasn't really around when it was Twitter it's probably apples and oranges to compare anyway. There probably is a new higher normal now that is a much harder problem to manage than before.
