Portland is asking for all this, they support these riots until something like this goes wrong. This shooting of the officers is on the mayor and governor that allow this to go on.

It's not really entirely clear, and in fact I believe doubtful, that the majority of Portland residents and their police chief believe anything went wrong in this shooting.
