Well there's a big difference in the two different instances. Now on the 13th numbnuts didn't really show up until the ICE team was wrapping up. If you watch the long YouTube video it's easily seen they had arrested their guy and were wrapping ip the OP. Numbnuts shows up throwing his fit and kickick the taillight as they were leaving the scene. They got out and confronted him and then you see the ranking leader wave his team off and they left the scene. He kicked the car, but hands were laid on him not the other way around.

On the 24th numbnuts was actually interfering with the apprehension of the target suspect and the arrest of others that were interfering. He also went hands on with the ICE agent and continued to fight with them until he was neutralized. He was the aggressor in the physical confrontation until he was taken down. Had he stopped fighting laid prone on the ground, arms perpendicular to his bosy, he would have been cuffed and lived to fight another day. He chose suicide by cop instead.

What? Now I might understand such a distinction based upon location of the neighborhood with a high illegal population.

But otherwise that is akin to saying someone who survived a plane crash would be more likely to be in another one. (Which has actually happened. My former BIL was an insurance salesman in the late 70s who had a client who was in two plane crashes with deaths yet her survived.)

I mentioned this yesterday but I'll state it again, if ICE spent all their time arresting agitators they would not be able to conduct the deportations they were sent to do.

At this point, knowing what we know, it is insane to dig your toes in and not acknowledge the terrible decisions this dude made. Those decisions led to his death. And, he was breaking the law when he died and had been for at least a couple of weeks prior (and was not arrested).

Go back and watch the videos. He's across the street when there is an altercation, not interfering. The aggressor is the ICE agent who shoves a woman to the ground for shouting at him, which is protected by the first amendment. You don't get to lay hands on people for words, and neither do they.
