Notice Trump is not going after Hunter's pardon and not going the others on the merits, just the technical process.

I imagine Trump's will come via presser where he signs the pardons on camera.

The Executive is supposed to enjoy ABSOLUTE immunity whilst in office and carrying out official duties. The only mechanism to adjudicate official duties is via impeachment, conviction to essentially remove that immunity. Then you have the pardon(s).

Recall an impeachment conviction has limited remedies. I think he if your hem together Executive immunity and pardons then POTUS can essentially operate without consequence, which frankly is how it should be. If he is out of line, the remedy is impeachment, conviction, removal, move on.

I would find out who this "career federal prosecutor" is and bounce their ass. I would also look into whatever means, civil or criminal, I could charge THEM with for threatening prosecution on people with no legal basis.

I'm really beginning to dislike this whole system. So sad what we've become.

Biden's son was facing jail time for owning a gun for less than a month. From Biden's own DOJ that he never interceded. Trump was also whipping up a frenzy with claims of persecution specifically focused on the Bidens.

So many of his claims that haven't passed evidentiary tests over and over again. There's old saying that grad jury's will indict a ham sandwich, but the attenuated cases Trump is bringing against his enemies are are failing grand juries...not once, but twice, sometimes three times.

Trump lies and projects his own crimes and folks fall for it. Life would be a lot better if you just assume Trump is lying and acting for his own interests. Once you get there, the fog will lift. PS- Trump lost the 2020 election.
