The was my immediate thought the moment I heard of her announcement. Total money laundering scheme, and sadly a few wealthy black people are going to get taken advantage of to fatten her pockets before she tries her hand at podcasting or something else. I think a lot of great info on Jazzy is going to come out now that she is officially running for US Senate from Texas. This isn't running for the House in all black congressional district. This is the serious big league.

She's in her mid 40's and her wiki page makes absolutely no mention of any current or past relationships or marriages or any children. In fact, her whole "personal life" section only mentions she's Baptist. At the same time, there are fake news articles everywhere saying she is married with two kids and her husband prefers to stay out of the spotlight. Except the pictures of her and the fam are not her and I don't recall her ever mentioning being a mother or spouse.

Jazzy is a fraud. She's probably long been out of daddy's money and she is swinging for the fences to set herself up for life. Grift and bang her way to the wealth. When she loses next year she just may in fact end up on The View.

Most of the candidates run to make a lot of money whether they win or lose the election. The Republic was established assuming intelligent, thoughtful, sacrificing candidates would seek office. Instead, after about 200 years, we have a bunch of con artists.

Her name is most likely withheld due to 25.025 or 25.026 of Texas Property Tax Code. You can find the unit pretty easily with that knowledge (there are 2 units in her building with that designation).

Yep, she is just a darker complected Beto. She knows she can not possibly win so she is planning on pocketing a nice percentage of the campaign funds.

She owes a little over $3K in HOA Fees/Dues, accumulated over the last 8-10 years. My guess is that she knows that the HOA can do nothing except file a Lien against the property, so why bother paying them until you absolutely have to.

I don't mind that out of state and international $ will fund her senate run. That pool is not infinite and if they throw $ at it just to get beaten like they did for Beto then it takes $ away from races the Dems might actually be able to win elsewhere. Hopefully they throw a lot of $ towards winning the D primary . Would rather see her on the ballot vs an R than Talarico. She's easier to beat imo.
