Bethany Magee is a young woman who was set on fire on a Chicago train on Nov 17th.



Her attacker was Lawrence Reed. He had over 70 arrest and multiple felony convictions.

I'm not advocating violence, but if just one judge were taken out, it would probably course correct itself. Right now, they are free to do as they please because there are no consequences.

I could understand 1 arrest although I probably know less than 10 people who have been arrested at all.

Maybe 2 arrest if you got a DWI in college and then had a warrant for something you didn't know about.

But at some point, # of arrest directly correlates with a person needing to be removed from society permanently.

Disagree - in Chicago public transportation isn't just for the poor. All types of people regularly use it.

It sucks and this guy should have been locked up for life away from society.

But why are these young women taking the train alone, at night, with few others on board, in a liberal hellhole, with their back turned to potential danger and lost in their phone???

There needs to be some training on how to safely ride a train, but that would require liberals admit their system is inherently unsafe.

I get it, it's a long ride and you're bored, but have some street smarts and sit with your back against the wall, head on a swivel, with some protection in hand, especially when a crazed homeless black man with a gas can gets on board!!!
