Sounds like an excellent, sensible policy to pursue. Of course career State Department employees will hate it.

I'll add that the only reason this has festered and grown to the current level is primarily due to the false belief that women make less than men. An incredibly poorly done study that should have been exposed from the very beginning. I'd wager all I have that 9/10 females will still claim that to be true and without a knowledge of the flawed basis.

With the thought established that women are not getting a fair shake then opened the door for all other claimed discrimination and how they then "deserve" a hand out / leg up due to how theyve been dealt a bad hand

It's still incredible to me that Democrats believe the opposite of what's in this declaration. It's why there is no compromising with them and why statements that most Democrats are "just like us if you have a beer with them" are total b.s.

No, they aren't just like us. There is no compromise with people who openly support racism against whites, push for child sex changes, mass immigration of illegals, and are anti-free speech. What is there to negotiate with those positions? There is no middle ground here. It's absolute black and white.
