Barnes is insufferable simply because he is so sure and emphatic in his "legal" pronouncements. The law is more nuanced than he says. He makes a minimum of four assumptions, without evidence to support them to reach his "conclusions."

I really wish he had not roped Viva Frei into those joint podcasts. I like Viva but he's a Canadian lawyer and even though he lives in the states doesn't know all that much about our laws nor our legal system yet. They got really supercharged at some point. Obama and the machine behind him showed that elections could be bought and influenced in ways not previously imaginable. The bussing operations in inner city areas in 2008 and 2012 along with the electoral map made them super confident they would win at POTUS in perpetuity.

Then Hillary was exceptionally terrible and Trump caught a wave. Then a WTF just happened moment swept through them and its been complete derangement since.

They want the power back that they thought they had forever.

It's crazy when people think Trump is authoritarian. Nothing is more authoritarian than telling certain groups they have to vote a certain way or they will be kicked out of the group. Never mind that the group identifier is something you are born with and CANNOT be changed… like skin color, gender, etc.

Yes.



But in this case, the gait match was as useful as a fingerprint from an armless person.

The gait match topic was well discussed in the thread on the murder at the church in Allen(?) / DFW area a few years ago.

Showed a lot of problems with the analysis being useful.

Though I have seen over cases where they match stride length along with gait to support identification. But seems like more of a "suspect appears to have brown hair" and comparing it to a potential suspect who has brown hair.

It should have been the first clue that Steve Baker is a joke. That dude needs to be excommunicated from public discourse. He has lost all credibility and has severely damaged the credibility of the Blaze. Exile to Siberia!!!
