The fact that the racism card was pulled tells you who was involved right away.

The review in question is on Google Reviews from user ISIS Black. There are several others that follow claiming they were discriminated against. Apparently what actually happened is they showed up late for their reservation, had to go to a different maze on the property, and then were cussing and got belligerent with the teenage staff including some possible threats.

The google reviews didn't disappoint. Sort by negative.

People can't seem to understand restrooms are for paying customers, use of the facilities is for paying customers, don't destroy the corn/maze, and there are safety rules for a reason.

I was surprised by the number of people that left negative reviews because the owner scolded misbehaving children that had no relation at all to the reviewer.

Obviously any review from a few days ago is suspect, but there did see to be a bit of pattern going back 2-3 years. I get the feeling the owner is a decent, hardworking person, but kind of old-fashioned when it comes to manners and behavior. Not that it is a problem in of itself, but it can become an issue when dealing with the general public.

Read the Google reviews posted three days ago. There was a large group of "Federal employees" who decided to try the maze on their "time off." They checked in 30 minutes after their reservation time when it was too dark to start the maze they wanted to do. Then they used threats and profanity against a teenaged employee who was trying to escort them out of the maze (they referred to him as a "little white boy").

In short…they got Astro Worlded!

Certain demographics have taken it to extremes but much of the younger generations have eschewed good behavior, respect, and following the rules in general.
They don't suffer consequences anymore.
You can't go anywhere anymore without hearing people, and especially kids, cussing up a storm. Like a bunch of sailors. It's absolutely incredible. There's no concept of propriety. No shame.
Behavior and language in this country has become so very coarse and base.
It's completely disheartening.
