She's just got a jumbled up message. Probably because she's jumbled up in her brain. Rich people should be generous with their money or use that money to promote wealth building in poorer people. That is a good thing. But the way she says it makes it sound like there is something wrong with being rich and gets a little Socialist Lite in tone. Overall performance, C-.

I remember as a kid growing up in Bryan I had heard about Carnegie Libraries somewhere, probably in school since they used to teach things like that, and then seeing one in downtown Bryan. I thought that was pretty cool.

Funny part is pretty much ever billionaire donates large portions of their worth annually. Example, Warren Buffett is donating 6 billion this year. I'm sure she refrained from mentioning this.
