They made the mistake of deciding to mass import uneducated labor from a foreign 3rd world culture until they were dependent on it and then the imported workers gained in number until they were the majority and pretending they were the natives and the people who built the society were the foreigners. So the builders left and or lost all power and the workers took control and turned into a corrupt third world hell hole headed for complete collapse. A lesson the rest of the West seems to be dead set on not learning.
