You need to read about Lenin's October Revolution in Russia or Mao's uprising. Sally port is the name for where a police vehicle pulls into a secure area and prisoners move from the vehicle into the building.

It is always a source of tension as the prisoner is walked into the building.

Just detainees were shot according to a TV report.

Normally, the sally port is secure from foot escape and frequently provides limited overhead protection as they are designed to prevent the prisoner from escaping.

The port is not normally hardened to prevent external attacks.

More specifically, it has a front door and a back door. The vehicle pulls into the space in between and the back door shuts before the front door opens. This way there is never a clear path to the outside for anyone or anything to go in or out unless authorized.

The shooter dispatching himself also makes it possible to be antifa since most cartel members wouldn't off themselves unless perhaps cornered with no way out.

Seems you guys are jumping the gun on this one. It is unclear if he was aiming at ICE agents or the immigrants. As far as I can tell.
