There is no question she married her brother in order to get him in the country. The question is whether the feds could prove it.

This isn't a partisan issue. If you have 1/435 of power, you are being pumped with money to do what the people with money want you to do. Republicans absolutely are guilty of this as well.

It's absolutely disgusting, but is a perfect explanation as to why our representatives never seem to do what is good for the country, and only seem to do what is good for people that have lots of money.

There's a prescription in the Constitution to remedy this problem, but we are too fat and happy to apply it.

SOL on immigration is 10 years. Could probably deport them, but I don't think they can prosecute otherwise.

Edit: If they applied for a passport or used marriage on other government docs that could reset time.
