It's pretty rare to come across something I've never seen before. But I'll admit, insurance fraud is ripe with that stuff.

I have never before seen insurance fraud committed under the pretense of amputating one's own legs, let alone to sate a fetish.

Goes without saying the guys insanely mentally ill. Should pray for his soul.
