I am a 41 year old woman. I go to the gym with my sister three times a week. I bench 105 for reps. Pretty sure I could press 135 twice with little struggle. Also of note, no one would look at me and think I'm some tough body builder chick. I am so embarrassed for him. The most embarrassing part is he isn't aware he should be embarrassed.
