There is a process. It has to be followed if congress doesn't lawfully change it. It takes time and resources that congress funds and controls. It isn't my problem if you can't understand this reality. The president is bound by the law and constitution and must follow the lawful process or his actions will be halted or undone, and that does even less towards achieving the goal.

A lot of these are travel/visitor visas. Not immigration or work visas (which are a much smaller portion). The news is a rage bait.
