SOTUS already decided this exact case in 2020. The Dems read the opinion by SCOTUS, and brought the suit back in a way that they tried to circumvent the decision. They are running up the nuns litigation fees; that is the only real reason for the litigation.

If anything, SCOTUS is going to be pissed at the plaintiffs for just ignoring them.

This is one of those situations where the appeals courts should throw the book at the plaintiffs, awarding all the costs of the litigations to the defendants / respondents. This lawsuit is not really seeking relief, it is just a lawsuit brought out of spite.

Seems odd to me that it was medically necessary to care flight the boy but that he was able to be discharged the very next day.

This needs to get to the SCOTUS asap and end this.
