Pretty sure he has that backwards. They have to post 30.06 now, they aren't automatically off limits

Almost has a similar look to that kid from Houston who went on a rampage a couple years ago and killed a police dog and then his dad and went on the run. We desperately need to reopen mental asylums and loosen the requirements for admissions. Sick of hearing about killers who have long violent rap sheets or history of mental health issues.
I am glad the Austin police arrested Ethan Nieneke, and I hope he stays locked up for life.
