Trump should say not good enough, no deal until you admit there was a complete institutional failure to maintain a safe, hospitable learning environment for all students, and that measures are being taken to assure that those conditions can never occur again.

That's what their lawyers drafted, and it's smart to word it that way. Not everything is worth getting worked up over.

Columbia can just go back to promoting anti-white and anti-American hate since that has been acceptable for decades.

The $200 million they are paying says a lot more about whether they did anything wrong than that statement.
