Scheduled August recess.

Not everything is a damn conspiracy.

The biggest question to ask is this...Where were the democrats insisting on the release of the Epstein files and list when they had the White House for four years?
Elections are when people find out what politicians stand for, and politicians find out what people will fall for.

He recessed Congress one day early to shut down the obvious Democrat grandstanding. Good for him.

It is pretty obvious Epstein is being used as a distraction for the seditious conspiracy of the former President of the United States.

The dems had all the Epstein info and it did not matter then.

*I do think we deserve more answers on Epstein from the Trump folks, but Hussein's conspiracy against the American people is the biggest political scandal in American history.

Welcome to politics. LOL.

John Adams and Thomas Jefferson say hold my beer.

Quote:

Both candidates suffered personal attacks; Adams, for his perceived lack of masculine virtues, Jefferson for rumors that he had fathered children with one of his slaves and, enamored with French revolutionary ideas, had plans to install a Bonaparte-like dictatorship in America. His heterodox Christianity also raised charges of atheism.

It would never come up for a vote even if they were in session for 1 more day.

Massie only has some Democrats on his side and maybe a couple of Republicans. That is not enough to get it on the floor for a vote, especially in a day.

That's not what happened. This was a symbolic, non-binding resolution vote that was nuked. It was meaningless.

To get an actual binding vote, Massie has to do a discharge petition. The earliest that vote can happen is after the break in late August.

Or maybe he is letting the DOJ do its job before getting Congress involved in it.

President Trump directs release of all credible evidence as Justice Department pursues 'uncomfortable truths'

Quote:

The Department of Justice signaled a shift in its approach to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche revealing that he has reached out to Ghislaine Maxwell to gauge her willingness to cooperate with prosecutors.

Blanche confirmed Tuesday that, under the direction of Attorney General Pam Bondi, the DOJ is now open to hearing what Maxwell might have to offer regarding uncharged individuals who may have participated in Epstein's criminal enterprise.

"This Department of Justice does not shy away from uncomfortable truths, nor from the responsibility to pursue justice wherever the facts may lead," Blanche said in a post on X Tuesday.

Quote:

The new outreach to Maxwell is in the hopes that Epstein's convicted accomplice "has information about anyone who has committed crime against victims," Blanche said.

"President Trump has told us to release all credible evidence…" he wrote. "Therefore, at the direction of Attorney General Bondi, I have communicated with counsel for Ms. Maxwell to determine whether she would be willing to speak with prosecutors from the Department."

The new outreach to Maxwell marks the first time, according to Blanche, that any administration has approached her legal team with an inquiry into potential cooperation.

"That changes now," Blanche emphasized.

Blanche said he "anticipates meeting with Ms. Maxwell in the coming days."

I want it released. I believe both sides are holding water for donors or someone they know.

"Why not both?"

Investigate TF out of the left for not doing anything.

And stay after the current administration that CAN do everything the dems didn't.

It's not that hard to do both, nor is it that hard for the current administration to do what is being asked of them by their most loyal supporters.

Easy. Peasy.

He was originally arrested in 2006. There was a story by the Miami Herald in 2018 that stirred all this up again. His arrest and 'suicide' in 2019. Lots of documentaries in 2020. The chances were there.

I'd rather hear from the victims, not Maxwell. She is obviously morally bankrupt.
