Obviously, since the libs have mounted an all out lawfare campaign against the admin, this adds stress to the ability to counter and win in the courts.
But my thought is I'd rather have an overworked attorney defending the Constitution than a fresh half hearted swamp wannabe. Clear out the dead wood who have been positioning themselves to be hired by a NY firm specializing in advancing dem policies and replace them with some young firebreathers who understand this is not the time to *****foot around. Ask the Federalist Society to send litigators to apply.
This is a generational opportunity to take back some ground and the status quo hired guns who were okay with the Biden Admin's assault on the Constitution have no place defending Trump policies.
