They have no rights currently. They are not in the class until they are born.

It's not just those in the womb. It's "future persons" so even those not yet conceived. They are all in the class after they are born.

I say this as a 100% pro life. Y'all are reaching for something that's not there.

In a world where future persons can swing to the left so fast, I hoped it meant some sort of protection for them.

If they are not a part of the class until they are born, doesn't that mean the entire class of unborn children lacks standing because there is no actual harm until they are born and denied citizenship? And the individuals have the ability to sue for relief once they are born, so why do you need a class?
