He skims/speed reads through the bill - still a 22 minute video. The last 5 or 10 minutes are a more of a rant.

Excluding tractors, cars, consoles, and boats excludes most of the reason for having right to repair. Seems lawmakers passed a law so they can say they did it, not because the governor and legislature were trying to actually help folks. More of the same posturing...
