They can pull the Venezuelan off the jobsite in left field for the 'stros and deport him if he doesn't learn how to chase down and catch fly balls.Owlagdad said:
Are any of these guys being pulled off of job sites?
Or they usually just found hanging out?

So he just happened to be in the hallway when ICE came in, just chillin story not making sense. Ill wait for more evidence.
So maybe dont come to the country illegally if you are worried about where you get sent, I still have not seen any evidence you must be sent back to your home country?swimmerbabe11 said:HoustonAg9999 said:

Hey, I'm on the same page with you on that one. So far the evidence provided, doesn't look good on ICE. He followed the procedures in place. If he wasn't doing anything wrong, this is a miscarriage of justice. If he was engaged in criminal activity, I'm happy he was deported. If his status was just being revoked and court date cancelled, I am 100% against him being sent to CECOT.
100% agree with this. Sorry, Dems, we're not playing by your distorted view of immigration law so that 95% of people that show up at the border end up staying. And please forget trying to guilt or shame us in to giving a damn about some 19 yr old Venezuelan and his BS asylum claims. Dems have not acted in good faith in regards to asylum seekers and illegals in general. WE DON'T CARE. Deport, deport, deport!AgBQ-00 said:
The asylum laws were *******ized and twisted to allow these people to be released into the country knowing full well that the vast majority would never follow through. This would create a "crisis" that would be solved with amnesty. This is the same playbook dems have played over and over again. Have no problem looking at his asylum process as being void because the laws were not followed.

If you haven't seen any facts, how have you developed the obviously strongly held opinions?swimmerbabe11 said:
Once again, I'm going to be asking for the actual facts of the case here.
From limited news I see that he was here legally on a pending asylum case, has no criminal history in this country or Venezuela, was not the person that they were looking for.... Why is he being sent to El Salvador and not deported to Venezuela?
Surely you can't be so stupid as to think that his pic shown is his everyday appearance?swimmerbabe11 said:
This person has no tattoos. Nothing about him looks violent except that he hasn't shaved in a couple of days.
I stopped trusting the govt while Biden was potus and bumbled his way around for 4 years and the media told us how fit he was to serve.swimmerbabe11 said:
Well the administration's only defense has been "how dare you question our ICE agents!", which is the battle cry of the guilty.
But you go ahead and blindly trust the government.
Exactly...and there are thousands of issues impacting LEGAL Americans in this country that are more important than this one.Tony Franklins Other Shoe said:
There are thousands of US citizens wrongly in jail, let's worry about them first instead of worrying about an illegal immigrant getting thrown into a "torture camp".
I think I found your problem.swimmerbabe11 said:
Per news reports, he had his immigration papers and a court date pending. I have seen no evidence provided of gang ties or criminal activity and that's suppose to be the criteria for sending people to CECOT.
I'll wait for further evidence.
It has been the policy of the White House to target criminal illegal aliens, but any illegal aliens that are found while looking for criminal identified by ICE will be arrested, and possibly deported.swimmerbabe11 said:HoustonAg9999 said:

It is my understanding that he was following the proper procedures for an asylum case. Link to show that he was not?
Even still, just being here illegally isn't cause to be sent to El Salvador instead of turned around back to Venezuela.
The problem is that our media, at large, is basically about as credible as The National Enquirer. Except they lie for far more nefarious reasons, whereas the National Enquirer is just trying to make $$$ by entertaining.swimmerbabe11 said:

I mean do they really think most Americans care that generic illegal Jose Carrera Alegria Rodriguez was given the boot regardless of whether he was a gun toting gang banger or not. We voted for this.

you might want to read where it states they have to be returned to their home country.swimmerbabe11 said:HoustonAg9999 said:So he still has no legal basis for being here can you show he does? The average American is not nearly as evil as you say they are. I know many moderates who are deeply upset about this and even regret their vote.
Deportation is one thing. Indefinite imprisonment in a foreign torture camp for crossing a border is magnitudes worse. The "gang member" excuse isn't going to work when there have been dozens of law abiding immigrants falsely accused and shipped off to El Salvador. This behavior will backfire tremendously for republicans.
I don't really care what happens to them once they're off our soil. Not my monkeys, not my circus. Take it up with El Salvador.
And there's no such thing as Moderates. Only Liberals trying to hide their true affiliation in an attempt to discredit Conservatives.
