This would create a "crisis" that would be solved with amnesty. This is the same playbook dems have played over and over again. Have no problem looking at his asylum process as being void because the laws were not followed.

Hey, I'm on the same page with you on that one. So far the evidence provided, doesn't look good on ICE. He followed the procedures in place. If he wasn't doing anything wrong, this is a miscarriage of justice. If he was engaged in criminal activity, I'm happy he was deported. If his status was just being revoked and court date cancelled, I am 100% against him being sent to CECOT.

Exactly...and there are thousands of issues impacting LEGAL Americans in this country that are more important than this one.

If ICE made a mistake it was likely due to the monumental task of removing all the illegals Biden and company ENCOURAGED and FLEW into this country. They also have to deal with uncooperative blue city officials and sanctuary BS states obstructing them from carrying out their duties.

News reports are no where close to "evidence".

The news told you that:

• The Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation
• That paper masks can stop COVID
• That the vaccine was 90% effective
• That Jesse Smollett was jumped by racist white guys in Chicago
• That the BLM protests were "mostly peaceful"
• That Xinis had jurisdiction over the Garcia case
• That the Russian Dossier was not fake

And on, and on, and on, and on.

I don't know whether the kid was here legally or not, but there is no way I am going to conclude either way based on "news reports".

Just recently, the news said that SCOTUS unanimously told Trump to bring back the El Salvador MS-13 gang member. But, anyone that understands the law even a smidgen more than Senator McCarthy (a very low bar) would know that what SCOTUS said is that Xinis had to clarify exactly what she meant by "effectuate", and to take into consideration the limitations of the courts to interfere with the POTUS when she did. Xinis still hasn't clarified exactly what the WH should do, only keeps asking for status reports.

Biden and democrats offer them all asylum, 100% knowing they do not qualify. Even after Asylum is turned down and deportation orders given, Biden just ignored and let them stay.

If only Democrats were as concerned about American Jews still being held hostage in Gaza . . . (not that they ever were to begin with).

It has been the policy of the White House to target criminal illegal aliens, but any illegal aliens that are found while looking for criminal identified by ICE will be arrested, and possibly deported.

This has been the policy since at least January 21st.

Nothing has changed except for the media portrayal of this thanks to activist judges who are acting well outside of the law in pursuing these cases.

Also, you can't say that this kid is in the US legally if they first came to the US from Venezuela, and then opened an asylum case once they were here. Doing those things in that order is illegal, and makes you an illegal alien.

The kid might or might not have a legitimate court case that would make it more egregious that he was deported, but there is no way I am going to take the MSM's word for it that this is true.

Are you really going to assertively argue that, more likely than not, this kid has a legitimate, active case with immigration, and followed all of the required rules, and was deported anyways, based on a news report? Is that a hill you are willing to die on (metaphorically)? I'm sure not.

Yeah, I just have a problem with using the words "evidence" and "news report" interchangeably.

Investigative journalism that relies on primary documents takes some time. I'm willing to wait to draw any conclusions until I read more. I'm not going to make a judgement now that I am not willing to part from without someone providing more "evidence" than the "evidence" provided in a news report.

The average American is not nearly as evil as you say they are. I know many moderates who are deeply upset about this and even regret their vote.

Deportation is one thing. Indefinite imprisonment in a foreign torture camp for crossing a border is magnitudes worse. The "gang member" excuse isn't going to work when there have been dozens of law abiding immigrants falsely accused and shipped off to El Salvador. This behavior will backfire tremendously for republicans.
