It's just the left started hating him.
And then media and the liberals went nuts.
Same personality, same attitude, same approach to business yet these people have lost their damn minds over him.

He's a nationalist . He's a populist. He's a threat. We must attack him. Our friends must attack anyone that's associated with him. This is our gospel. This is communism 101.

There's no logic on the left. Only winning and power matter to them. If you cross them, no matter how much they've loved you, they will destroy you.

You're absolutely correct Annie. And ironic that you would post this since he was a Democrat then too. Fascinates me that any self respecting Texan would vote for a flip-flopping carpet bagger.

Is that supposed to be a gotcha? He has repeatedly said it should be decided at the state level. That means one of two things:
1) he knows it isn't a political winner, so not going to put a pro life position out there that will cost him votes
2) he is pro choice, but knows that won't work with his base

Either way, he isn't taking a stand on this issue.

So why did he publicly support the federal bill the house passed in his first term to limit abortions after 20 weeks? He has flip flopped on abortion a number of times throughout the last 25 years to meet what he thinks will advance him the most. Same with EVs where he said he was pro EVs in a 2020 debate with Biden then saying EVs are a hoax in 2023 to promoting them on the White House entrance. Same with crypto support.

In other words, he will take whatever position he thinks is politically expedient and or fills his campaign coffers just like any politician.

PS. Harris is worse than Trump on doing that and would have been a way worse President I just think the people who say Trump doesn't flip flop are ignoring reality.

Save your breath. People are so deep into Trump there'll never see light again. He's a far better option than anyone the democrats could ever roll out. But he's a fiscal liberal plain and simple. He's just socially conservative (most of the time) and for some reason that's what gets everyone hot and bothered. He'll spend more than Biden, won't touch SS or Medicare (DOGE is pointless without this) and make tips and other income non-taxable (while raising taxes on the highest earners). His protectionist policies are chaotic and lack any plan. I've pretty much resigned myself that a politician for a person like me will never exist. A true conservative.

Trump may be like every other politician before him, but he "owns the libs," and that's what gives him the credit he needs to keep his base fully supportive of every decision he ever makes, a la "Okay, but he's still waaay better than anyone on the left,", even if it bites them in the ass.

If that isn't loyalty to a fault, I don't know what is.

P.S. And, yes, there are just as many idiots on the left with whomever their guy is.
There are in fact two things, science and opinion; the former begets knowledge, the later ignorance. Hippocrates

They're real and exactly how George called it.

The Telescreen they wear on their wrist dings and tell the Lib NPC who/what to hate for being an enemy of the Party even if 24 hours earlier they were Big Brothers closest ally and they instantly and violently hate as they are told without single thought, only obedience

When Democrat congressmen, gov. workers, other crooks and parasites figured out Trump was going to cut off their theft of taxpayer money and possibly try to put them in jail for their crimes, they decided to hate Trump, try to put him in jail and even try to kill him!

Donald Trump is basically running on Bill Clinton's platform from the 90s. That's how far left they have gone, and they have absolutely zero clue. And the left hate him for it.

He still ****ed up in Mogadishu and got sucked off in the Oval, but basically the same.

irony, how?

They are still who they were and are. The left has run so far that they are now seen as "right wing". They were and are centrists, first and foremost, in my opinion.

What do you think?

I would wager Trump is pro-choice, but knows his base is against it. Trump loves women, loves sex, hates condoms.

People can change. Should people not have voted for Reagan? He was a Hollywood democrat, but he turned out ok.

His abortion stance has pretty consistently been centrist although he has slowly gravitated more conservative with it over the years.

That's not flip flopping.

Reagan was a democrat too. Some of you just want to hate to hate. And yet Trump's business policies have been the best for our country in 40 years. So if you want to wrap yourself in a cloak of delusion, go ahead.
