Illegals do have rights, they are just limited to a certain subset that are basic constitutional rights for all human beings under the authority of our government. If they are hostile agents however, those rights are limited in the context of any ongoing threat to the USA. This might mean they can be pursued or sought on private property without protection if they are engaged in ongoing threatening activities.

I always knew they did this...but the big eye opener for me was when they absolutely destroyed entire city blocks and maimed and killed dozens of people because some two-bit thug and career felon who poisoned his own community and robbed pregnant women at gunpoint in their own home died during arrest after he OD'd on enough fent to kill a small village.

While I generally agree with the sentiment that if you aren't here illegally you shouldn't have anything to worry about, I believe this approach creates avenues for excuses to enter premises without warrants to look for or "find" other things under the guise of, "well, we THOUGHT there were illegal immigrants in there and we found ____ while we were inside."

I see it as being sort of like cops saying "I detect the odor of marijuana" to create probable cause to search a vehicle when the driver refuses consent to search. The abuse of this tactic got so bad many state legislatures had to enact laws excluding the odor of marijuana from things that establish probable cause.

We all know any method LE can use to do something without first obtaining a warrant will get pushed to the absolute limit.
