Democrats are calling for boycotts against companies that do not support their values. I will be driving from Austin to my friend's house in La Porte tomorrow afternoon, and I will stop at a gas station on the way. We will be going to the Texas A&M baseball games against Arizona tomorrow and Oklahoma State on Saturday in the Astros College Classic.

Further, any company abandoning DEI can be rewarded by going back to, if one hasn't been going. It can cancel out. Target could easily be such a case. Boycotts can work in reverse by drawing attention to who the Left is now attacking.

Those were actual "I refuse to do business with a company that promotes _____," not "I refuse to buy from a company that has people that voted for _____." So there's a huge difference. Besides, that's an actual boycott -- not buying stuff on another day trying to make a point.

If the left wants to take a stand against one or more companies they feel promotes things they don't agree with, that's fine with me. But just THAT is never effective. They need mass media to make that company and the people associated with it appear actually evil. Conservatives don't do that. Most conservatives, with respect to Disney and any of their boycotts, couldn't name one employee or top level executive of Disney.

Nice. Except I don't like target either since they started that whole line of tuck it swimwear. But I did let her know once the conservatives hear about the boycott, they'll spend magnitudes of $ at Target Friday…just because, She had no words.

Most libs are probably just delaying their purchase until later or buying early. Unless it is a true sacrificed purchase, it won't matter. Even if you forego eating out for example, it's simply a substitute purchase at some point because you ate at home instead.

I have not purchased anything from Target in years. I also closed my BOA account. I also don't drink Bud anymore. The only time I buy from Dick's is if they have a sale on the item, otherwise no.

Can you give us a list of where we are not supposed to be shopping tomorrow?

I want to make sure I spend a little extra at a few of those places to make up for any shortfall.
